Adding Organizational Users to your Domain Reseller Account

Organizational users are users within your company or organization which require access to the ZA Domains Reseller Control Panel in order to perform domain related functions, billing related functions or administrative related functions.
 
You may decide to create an organizational user for your billing department or billing person to allow them to facilitate payment towards your ZA Domains Reseller Account. You have a team of domain name support agents who require access to your ZA Domains Reseller account in order to perform updates to domain names or simply register and transfer domains.
 
This guide will walk you through the steps required to create Organizational users linked to your ZA Domains Reseller Account.
 
  1. Log in to the ZA Domains Reseller Control Panel using your Domain Reseller user name and password.
  2. Expand Users on the menu and click on Manage users
  3. Click the Add New User button
  4. Complete all the required fields on the Add New User modal window
  5. Click Save Changes
​After creating a new Organizational user the ZA Domains Reseller Control Panel sends an email to the users registered email address informing them that a new account has been created for them and it includes their user name and password.
 
All actions performed on the Reseller Account are logged within the User log and available to view by the Domain Reseller.
