How to cancel a Pending Contact Update

This guide will walk you through the steps required to cancel a pending contact update.
  1. Log into the ZA Domains Control Panel using your Domain Reseller user name and password.
  2. On the menu to the left, expand Domains then click on Manage Contacts.
  3. Locate the contact you wish to cancel a pending update on (The search function allows you to search for any part of the domain name, the User Reference, Organization or Expiry Date of a reseller domain name)
  4. Click on the Function icon to the right of the contact name then click on Cancel Update.
The contact update will be queued and actioned within a few minutes.
