This guide will walk you through the steps required to cancel a pending contact update.
- Log into the ZA Domains Control Panel using your Domain Reseller user name and password.
- On the menu to the left, expand Domains then click on Manage Contacts.
- Locate the contact you wish to cancel a pending update on (The search function allows you to search for any part of the domain name, the User Reference, Organization or Expiry Date of a reseller domain name)
- Click on the Function icon to the right of the contact name then click on Cancel Update.
The contact update will be queued and actioned within a few minutes.
